■ Inspect conveyor for proper tension.
■ Deep clean RO and reclaim systems.
■ Check all hoses and fittings for potential leaks.
■ Perform a full diagnostic on the payment kiosks and card readers.
■ Test proper chemical draw. Inspect foot valves, worn out soap lines, and clogged injectors.
■ Lubricate and grease all bearings and air cylinders throughout the wash tunnel to ensure smooth operation.
■ Inspect and replace any worn out vacuum bags.
■ Test safety features such as E-stops, alarms, and emergency shutoffs.
■ Replace burnt-out bulbs in tunnels, signage, or employee workstations.
■ Clean the trench drains to prevent debris buildup and ensure proper drainage.
■ Clean all rain bars and ensure chemical is dispensing from all holes.
■ Inspect power packs for oil leaks.
■ Inspect vacuum separators for any leaks. Replace gaskets as needed.
■ Ensure compressor auto drain valve is timed and working properly.
■ Drain out all water from air lines.
■ Check TDS reading on RO unit. Change filter when necessary.
■ Inspect all air regulators. Add oil when needed.
■ Inspect and test each MAC valve.
■ Inspect wrap rotation speed is set properly.
■ Inspect all soap dispense timing throughout the tunnel.
■ Inspect each dryer blower.
