Customer Restroom Inspection

■ Is the toilet clean?

▫ Is it clean behind and around the toilet?
▫ Does it need to be scrubbed and wiped down?

▫ Are there extra toilet paper rolls on hand?
▫ Is the hand soap full?
▫ Are the paper towels refilled?
▫ Is the hand sanitizer full?

■ Is the floor clean?
▫ Is the floor free of any trash or debris?
▫ Does the floor need to be swept and or mopped?

■ Is the air freshener restocked and functional?
▫ Is there a pleasant aroma?
▫ Does it need to be refilled?

■ Is the sink and mirror cleaned?
▫ Do they need to be wiped down?
▫ Lysol wipe the door handles.
▫ Wipe down any excess water.

■ Is the trash emptied and clean?
▫ Make sure to clean up any trash around the can.
▫ Take out trash if full and replace with a new liner.
▫ Does the can smell bad? If so, spray down and replace the liner.
