▫ Does it need to be wiped down?
▫ Are all printed materials fully stocked?

▫ Do they need to be vacuumed or pressure washed?
▫ Are they organized and straight?
▫ Do they need replacement?

■ Service menu/signs and TV's
▫ Do they need to be cleaned?
▫ Are they neatly organized?
▫ Are they current on most updated price and services?
▫ Are they playing "appropriate" content for all customers?

■ Are all surfaces clean and disinfected?
▫ Are all high-touch surfaces disinfected? (Door handles, light switches, etc.)
▫ Are all tables and counters cleaned?

■ Are all windows clean?
▫ Are all windows clean and free from streaks?

■ Are the trash bins empty and clean?
▫ Are all trash cans emptied and the liners replaced?
▫ Do any of the trashes have any foul odors?
▫ Does the can need to be sprayed down and cleaned?
