■ Are chemical lines in good condition?
▫ Inspect the color of the poly tubing. The tubing should be clear, not white. Do any need to be replaced?
▫ Squeeze each poly tube and check for hardening. The tubing should be soft. Do any need to be replaced?
■ Are all chemical lines drawing?
▫ Pull the poly tube off the versadial, pour 2 inches of soap out of the tube, and reconnect. Press the prime button to ensure the soap is drawing.
▫ Are the versadials or tips correct according to our chemistry settings?
■ Are pumps and air pressure at the recommended settings?
▫ Verify the pump pressure reads 200 PSI.
▫ Verify that the main air regulator reads between 80 - 100 PSI.
▫ Is the air regulator free from any air leaks?
■ Are chemicals stored properly?
▫ Are all containers sealed tightly?
▫ Are containers free from any leaks or damage?
▫ Do we have enough of each chemical to last until the next order?
